A non refundable 50% deposit of the event's cost is required to confirm the booking.
Unless the performance and preparation you receive was misleading to what was advertised, in accordance with trading standards, no part or full refunds will be made. This includes lack of attendance by guests, weather conditions and/or unreasonable expectations from the Client.
Shelter must be provided for outdoor events.
When the Client makes a booking the Service Provider will discuss the sort of music to be played at the event. Once this has been agreed this must be stuck to unless a notice of one week before the event has been given.
If guests at the event make track requests that strays from the types agreed between the Client and Service Provider, these must be considered for inclusion in the set to satisfy all those attending.
If any children under the age of 8 attend the event, they must be supervised at all times. This is to ensure that the Service Provider's equipment comes to no harm.
The Service Provider requiresnotice of at least a month before the event in order for a booking to be made.
The Client must have a firm date in mind before contacting the Service Provider and enquiring about availability.
All terms and conditions must be agreed and adhered to before a booking or enquiry is made.
